SScuse my lithsp.

Hey everybody. I'm Baaaack. Eight, can you count 'em? Eight teef dat Davets tok out.

I can tell you tat I feel much bedder now. I have a little more energy than I did before cause, well, I just feels great. And my fostermum says that I now have sweet sweet breath which is good now cause I can now gets lots more kisses, yay. And I can chu my food much much better.

Davets gave me some more medicine to take for my teeth which I'll be finished on Friday so my fostermum says I'm ready to go to my forever home; I can't wait.

Davets says that my ears are now in good condition (just need to keep em clean so not to get gunky again). My eye also looks good; normal tear levels so I don't have dry eye; just need to finish off my medicine.

Oh, the silly Davets also took off a little skin thingy that i had on my elbow so I'll need to go back and have stitches out fer dat in about 10 days; but maybe my new family could take me; I don't know - I'll have to ask em.

I guess until I meet my new family I'll have to keep my fosterparents entertained; When it's time to go for a walk I RUN to da door and bark and do play bows an stuff and they tink it's funny; and den my fosterdad the silly he jumps up and down real quick wit his legs (kinda lyk I once saw on TV wit those football guys doin) and then I run to him and jump too and he tinks it's funny; he's easily amused. I really lyk them but I knows dat I'll need to go tu my forever home; but I'm going to miss dem.

Went for a long walk today!

Yay, I went for a long walk today with my "fosterbroders" and some other bulldog friends too. They thought I wouldn't be able to keep up but I showed them.

They kept taking breaks along the way but I think that was for my lab "fosterbroder" cause he has dysplasomething issues so it gave me a chance to rest.

I also got to wear a Coat; how nice that was; never even got cold. I love dis Walkin' thing.

Davets!

Today, we went to Davets.

I got there and it was ok - we were just waiting around. I had to step on the scale (yuk). They had a room "reserved" for me to stay in. I went in dere wit my foster mom and after a while notin happened so I wanted to leave. And then this nice LADY (I tink her name is Davets) said hello to me and checked me out.

She gave me some "SHOTS" which I didn't really like but then she checked me all out and gave me some stuff for my eyes, some stuff for my ears, checked out my teeth and said; "That's all honey, you can go home now" and I was happy.

My foster mom tole me that it was going to cost almost $700.00 for my dental work alone. I think that's a lot but I don't know.

Maybe some nice people out there will help us so that I can have good teeth to eat my food wit and be healthy.

My foster mom also got me some good supplements to help me with da walking since I'm kinda stiff right now; I esplained that I hadn't been moving around very much so my muscles need some buildin'. It will be nice walk easily and be able to "RUN" outside to get the squirrels just like my "fosterbroders" the sillies do.

I don't know what happened!

So, last Friday I was just sitting around on my old sofa sleeping and these people came to visit. I was sleeping so soundly they had to wake me up to visit them.

They chatted for a while and then somebody was picking me up off my old sofa and asked me to walk outside; out the front door. Well, there's steps there and it's hard for me to do steps right now so, one lady just picked me up and carried me; how nice that was.

Then we got into the car and they had a nice cushy bed for me to lay on. It was kinda nice so I just sat there as we drove away.

After about 10 minutes I started saying "Hey, what's going on?" So I sat up and looked out the window; it was kind of nice.

Then we made something called a "pit-stop" whatever that is but we got out and I waited till I got to the nice grassy area and I did my business (cause I was holding it) and we got in the car again and drove some more.

Then we got to this house and everybody got out. I met my new "fosterbroders"; whatever those are; and they were very nice to me. I got my own very nice comfy bed to lay on and rest after my long drive. Everyone seems to be treating me nice and the "premiumdogfood" stuff the lady said she is giving me is pretty good too.

Well, ok, I can do this; I'm good here.

Welcome BeeBee

Beebee is a sweet six year old girl. She was originally adopted from a local shelter two years ago. She and her adoptive family didn't know how to communicate with each other. Even though she tried to tell them that she was unhappy they could not find a way to make it work so here she is with us hoping to find a family that is more fluent in canine.

She finally got to visit the Vet. She has an ear infection and got some ear medicine. She also has a possible dry eye which she got ointment to use for the next two weeks. Once that's gone we will be visiting the Vet again. Beebee will also need extensive dental work and that will come in about 2 weeks but in the meantime she is enjoying the chicken toothpaste that we are brushing her teeth with; she had awful breath from not eating kibble.

She does well with dogs, cats and children. She is crate trained and walks very well on leash and travels well in the car in her crate. She is also housebroken and goes potty outside when she's told.
